Frequently Asked Questions

Rosary College may offer scholarships based on family size and need.

Students who are interested in transferring to Rosary College will be admitted based on the quality of their application. Transfer credit will be determined on a case by case basis.

Homeschooled students classified as rising juniors, juniors, rising seniors, and seniors may apply. 

Students must submit an equivalent document that serves as a transcript. 

While letters of recommendation from a tutor, teacher, coach, employer, or equivalent is preferred, homeschooled candidates may ask a parent. The applicant should include a statement of why he or she asked this recommender to write a letter.

Rosary College students seeking a 2-year Associate’s degree in Catholic Studies in Integrated Humanities degree at Rosary College should be academically prepared to do so.* 

They have completed during their high school studies, at a minimum:

  • 3 credits in English
  • 2 credits in Math
  • 2 credits in History or Social Studies
  • 2 credits in Science
  • 2 credits in one modern or ancient language

*Consideration will be made for High School student applicants who do not meet the minimum course requirements on a case-by-case basis.

Students applying to participate in online courses must maintain technology requirements.

Technology requirements: Rosary College students are responsible for their own access to the Internet, acquisition and maintenance of devices, and ability to receive and send Rosary College emails.
