This is a 1990 D circulation quarter demonstrating the more rarely seen, "Broadstrike error, and a "Die deterioration" error on the reverse.
On both the obverse and reverse of the coin the edges protude higher then the base height, it lacks needed edges and the copper shows through on the edges extra wide edges.
The "L" on "LIBERTY" is cut off at the top on the obverse. The deterioration die shows a significant amount of missing letters on the reverse. "A" is the only letter showing on "AMERICA." . The letters, "MERICA" is missing.
Also "UN" on "UNITED" is missing as well.

On a normal minted quarter the Measures 24.mm wide, and the weight is 5.6 grams.
