55mm Circular Polarizer Filter (CPL) - Basis

This ProMaster 55mm Basis filter can be used to remove or control reflections, improve contrast & saturation, or darken blue skies.

A CPL filter is a valuable creative tool. Its quality should complement your lens by handling light well and providing a clear, sharp image to the camera’s digital sensor of film. Polished optical glass, a special multi-coating formula, and high-grade polarizing film combine to achieve high light transmission and low light reflectivity. These features allow your lens to perform at its finest. Plus, any camera’s auto focus system works perfectly with a Pure Light CPL.

All ProMaster Basis filters have the same size filter thread on the front and back. So, they are compatible with your lens cap, and they can be stacked with other, same-size filters.

Why use a CPL filter?
