- FOR USE WITH MODERN FORMS SMART FANS ONLY! A wall control or remote control is included with every Modern Forms Smart Fan, check product details to confirm control type included. Modern Forms Smart Fans can also be controlled through the Modern Forms App on any iOS or Android device.
- Modern Forms controls are manufactured in RF or Bluetooth versions and are not cross compatible with each other - please make sure to order the correct version based on your ceiling fan. Bluetooth controls ship with all current models and RF controls are for older models purchased prior to 2021. To confirm your control version, please check the part number on the label of your control.
- Modern Forms wall controls can be added for 3-way or 4-way setups (two switches to control one fan or a group of fans, for example at the top and bottom of a stairway or in opposite sides of a room).
- Control features a Luminaire on/off button and 0-100% brightness control buttons with a fan on/off button and 6 speed fan control up/down buttons with a Winter/Summer mode button to reverse your fan for warm or cool air flow.
- UL & cUL Damp Location Listed for indoor or covered applications.
