This is a beautiful silver plated comb and brush set in excellent condition. It is marked WMF, which indicates antique and German made. (Wurttembergische Metallwarenfabrik) . The comb can be removed from the silver sheath. The brush is composed of soft natural bristles, wood, and silver. The comb appears to be tortoise shell. The pieces are approximately 5.5 inches long, so these were likely for a child. Rare, hard to find item for sure.
