This professional laminator is built for wide-format, high-volume use. The 18.5" infeed fits true 18" pouches (including 18×24" map size) and can laminate two letter pouches (9×11.5") side-by-side. Apache’s proprietary anti-jam technology is a one-of-one unique system that significantly reduces the chances of wrap-arounds. It supports high-temperature laminating up to 400°F, with ~4.5 min warm-up for 3 mil and ~8.5 min to max temperature. Nominal speed is 600 mm/min (~2 pages/min), and at 400°F it can run two stacks of four 3 mil + paper pouches at once for an effective up to 16 pages/min. It laminates 1.5–20 mil pouches (projects up to 1.1 mm thick) and includes reverse, cold laminating, and adjustable roller tension. Construction includes an all-metal body, 4 large 25 mm silicone/galvanized rubber rollers, infrared heaters, a high-torque motor, fanless cooling, a removable cover, and a blue LED control panel.
