These substrate slides are compatible with various Arrayit instruments, tools, and consumables. Crafted from silicon dioxide proprietary glass, each slide bears a unique barcode for identification. They boast an atomic smoothness of 25 and a precision corner chamfer of 1.4 mm, along with a dual-temperature, triple-phase atomic glass cleaning procedure and optical quality control. Designed for low moisture content and low intrinsic fluorescence, these slides offer diverse background reactivity and signal uniformity, with an amino group density of 5 x 10^12 per mm2. Compatible with scanners and microarrayers from Arrayit and other brands, they can be used for ex situ and in situ synthesis, with some available in Class 1 cleanrooms for further processing.
