Gently fork scratches on waffle iron in certain spots.
Still operates good and has non-stick capability like any other waffle maker must use spray oil or butter for best non-stick results.
Let waffle maker heat up once plugged in, when the waffle maker is ready for the waffle batter the “blue ready light indicator” will turn on. Gently pour batter mix (DON’T over-pour) then flip the attached handle to see the other ready light indicator on the other side to ensure waffles are done; 5-8 minutes typical cook time!! (Small Steam is normal, in fact this also indicates that the waffle is done)**
Use pancake or waffle mix if there is some lumps in the batter that is okay for waffle making!
*Like stated earlier for best non-stick results use spray with cooking oil OR brush with melted butter before each use. *
When done allow waffle maker to cool and then gently wipe clean.*
