The Door Contact is a crucial part of the CIIM system, designed to track the position of doors, side panels, roofs, windows, and more. Used in server cabinets, network equipment rooms, and warehouses, it operates like a traditional relay, keeping the circuit closed when the magnet is shut. Additionally, it has a built-in feature allowing the CIIM central module to detect tampering by checking if the reed relay has been replaced with a jumper. The reed relay and magnet can be secured using the included permanent adhesive tape or a screw through the dedicated mounting hole. It comes standard with a 2.5-meter cable and a TBW 3-pin plug.
