Platinum silicone mold for creating blanks to insert into our numbered dice molds. Also referred to as pips. These molds are used for creating dice that use items that may hinder the final outcome, such as inclusions, dried flowers, stickers or paint. Once you've created your blanks, they will then be inserted into the numbered dice mold for the final product. This mold produces six 12.5 mm 6-sided cubes. The finish is slightly matte for paint to adhere properly. Once inserted, the matte appearance turns clear, with the addition of new resin. Edges are sharp. These molds are intended for use with our numbered dice molds and will not guarantee they will fit into other molds from other makers. Create your own dice for several board games including Backgammon, Yahtzee, Farkle, 10,000, just to name a few. There will be some clean-up work that will need to be done to the dice after demolding. Use fine grit sand paper (wet/dry) or Zona papers. Be sure to use a CASTING RESIN, not an epoxy coating resin. Dice and stand pictured are not included.
