Pear-shaped blue topaz set in solid 14kt white gold. There is a small round genuine diamond half-bezel set above. The white gold bale was custom enlarged by a jeweler so I could wear on a 6mm omega necklace, as well as a regular chain. The topaz wiggles around a bit, it's always done this, just never had tightened. An easy fix at your local jeweler if it bothered you. The gold setting that holds the topaz is jointed to the bale so it moves and catches light. Stunning piece. Box not included.
