New design and even more efficient handling We have optimised the proven ECODRILL processing aid according to the wishes of our customers. Thanks to the handy design and thanks to new, practical functions, the processing of our hinges is now even easier. In addition to use in the workshop, the space-saving handheld device can be taken to any construction site and is powered by a hand drill or cordless screwdriver. • One-handed clamping: unlike in the past, you only need to flip a lever to clamp the ECODRILL firmly. After that, you can start drilling immediately.
• Pot spacing: the new ECODRILL offers easy, one-handed accessibility from the top. From now on, you can set two reference dimensions - both the edge distance and the dimension to the centre of the hole. Possible are 2 - 8 mm edge spacing as well as up to 12.5 mm drilling size for folding door hinges.
• Comfortable material thickness adjustment: thanks to spring-assisted self-clamping, you can adjust the material thickness comfortably in a range of 15 – 40 mm.
• Extraction: A new feature is the integrated suction nozzle for suction hoses between 32 – 42 mm diameter. Due to the additional, larger chip space, the dust load when drilling is significantly lower.
• The side stops are foldable and have a scale of 80 - 130 mm. This allows you to easily adjust the standard distances and do not have to re-measure and work on crack every time. However, the possibility of working on cracks still exists (for example, if you need to mount three hinges).
• Integrated stop angle for mounting plates: With the integrated stop angle, you can mark the mounting positions of the mounting and base plates for TIP ON and Blumotion. This allows ECODRILL a continuous hinge processing.
