Each handsome 601 tower speaker features an angled 2-1/2" Stereo Targeting® tweeter that delivers crisp, true-to-life highs throughout your listening area. Two 6-1/2" woofers (one front-firing, the other rear-firing) are housed in a proprietary tapered acoustic enclosure to pump out clean, powerful midrange and deep, rich bass.
The 601 speakers make an excellent stereo pair by themselves — or mate them with the voice-matched VCS-10® center speaker and a pair of Bose 161™ speakers as surrounds (see "Accessories") for a great Bose home theater system!
