The rubber “wheel rollers” could use to be replaced. I still use it as is, but long term you’ll probably need to replace/repair them! Amazon sells replacements for around $8 for a set of 4 - you only need 2 - there’s many YouTube videos on quick replacements - using Super Glue to attach the new ones:
