The top is a size 8 and has some boning all around and a zipper up the back. 17” pit to pit
The skirt is a size 6, but it fits like an 8 if worn higher up on the waist. There are some elastic sections in the waistband of the skirt so it has a little give. 14” at the waist, 42” L
