Use to add an aftermarket radio to the factory vehicle wiring. Standard wire coloring usually will connect color for color to aftermarket radio's wire harness. Antenna adapter to connect new radio to factory antenna connection. VERY Important Compatibility Notes: Will require you to run a separate 12 volt ignition power wire to the new radio's factory wire harness since that wire is not available on the factory harness. As long as you know how to locate and connect that wire then you will save some money- if you don't know how to connect then we don't recommend this harness and you should purchase the harness that is about $40+ more that has built in adapter for that wire turn on. Will not retain some features that go through the radio like factory rear dvd, aux input, backup camera, steering audio controls, etc. Not compatible with vehicles that came with the factory 8.4" LCD screen. Will require cutting and removing some parts behind radio so the double din radio can fit.
