Based on a 90s twill B.D. shirt, this shirt is arranged with a regular collar.
The placket and armholes are chain-stitched to create natural puckering, and it's tailored with fine-count threads and a fine stitch pitch, aiming for a casual shirt with the quality of a dress shirt.
The outer fabric is a double-warp twill woven densely using 100/2 Suvin cotton for both warp and weft.
The pre-treatment process is done using a time-consuming jigger machine instead of a continuous machine, without applying tension to the fabric, giving it more volume.
Furthermore, by omitting the silket processing, you can feel the original fullness and texture of the cotton.
The fabric is kneaded with Nidom bio processing in the finishing process for an even softer finish.
BLACK and SAND are sulfur-dyed, and BLUE is reactive-dyed.
