Like new condition. Comes with everything it originally came with. Plus extra pack of the gel pads. There are 3 unopened packs of 5 each, so 15 sealed. And there are 2 other packs that have been opened, but the pads left inside are brand new, one pack has 1left, one pack has 3 left. So there are 19 new extra pads. There is also a pack with 8-9 in it, that have been peeled off the wrapper, I can include them if you'd like, they can be easily sanitized and reused. I'm only including if requested, so message me after purchasing if you'd like them also. Each pack of pads is $30-$40 depending where you buy them and each pack comes with 5 in it. The device was over $400, and still sells for around this much. Works well, no issues at all. Just never really was used.
