This is a Fisher Space Pen, famous for the copy-and-paste joke, "NASA developed it and sent it to space. Russia used a pencil."
The center of gravity is high, and the grip is thin, but it's a very easy pen to write with if you hold the whole pen. It's a retro ballpoint pen with a classic design in the knock mechanism and threaded parts.
The refill is a blue F, and I've confirmed that the ink flows, but it's not new.
I loved and cherished this pen, but there are scratches overall, and a dent on the top of the knock release button.
