The Fluke 1503 Insulation Resistance Tester is compact, rugged, reliable, and easy to use. Repetitive or hard-to-reach testing is easy with the remote test probe. With its multiple test voltages, the tester is ideal for many troubleshooting, commissioning, and preventative maintenance applications. The tester has an insulation test range of 0.1 MΩ to 2000 MΩ and insulation test voltages 500V and 1000V. The 1503 insulation resistance tester features a AC/DC voltage of 0.1V to 600V, 200 mA continuity, resistance of 0.01 MΩ to 20.00 MΩ, auto power off to maximize battery life, auto-discharge of capacitive voltage for added user protection and large backlit display for easy read measurements. Live circuit detection prevents insulation test if voltage > 30 V is detected for added user protection. Remote probe, test leads, probes and alligator clips included with each tester. Accepts optional Fluke TPAK magnetic hanging system to free your hands for other work. Insulation tester includes a remote probe, test leads, test probes, alligator clips and user documentation. Four AA alkaline batteries (NEDA 15 A or IEC LR6) for at least 1000 insulation tests. CAT IV 600 V overvoltage category rating for added user protection.
