Used FriendlyElec NanoPi R6S 8-core Single Board Computer (SBC). Deployed as a low-powered router for ~6 months and worked well, no complaints. No issues either. It's been rebuilt with Ubuntu 24.04 as I figured that's what most people would want, but you can reflash it with any of the images on FriendlyElec's site (I highly recommend using the multi-image image and a 32gb micro SD card).

* 8-core Rockchip RK3588S ARM CPU (big-little design with quad-core A76 cores + quad-core A55 cores)
* 8gb LPDDR4X RAM
* 32gb eMMC storage
* Dual 2.5 gbe + 1 gb ethernet ports
* HDME 2.1 port
* CNCed + black powder coated metal case
* USB-C power in PD port
* I added an Anker power supply + USB-C cable
These devices are good as desktop computers, homelab proxmox servers, or Openwrt routers (with Docker compatibility even).
