Size S belt and straps. I am 5’3” for reference, but would fit maybe up to 5’8. Super durable and comfortable pack, just purchased a different one that fits better for my needs. Only used it on a one week backpacking trip, in great condition. Sit pad got a little bit of embers flung into it but other points of wear. 50L pack with a detachable brain, two hip belt pockets, ice pick loop, front pocket and side pockets. I usually pack ultralight with this.
