This is approx 448yds of a superwash Polwith wool and Nylon blend. It is double plied and I would say it’s a sport weight although given the nature of hand spun yarn, the thickness will vary in spots. I would not call it a thick/thin yarn though.
The fiber was purchased from Firbeck Fibre Art and it was essentially a 4.1oz bag of random fiber balls. This means that I do not know the percentage of Polworth to Nylon in the blend. That being said, going off of how the fiber feels I would guess it’s around 80% polworth and 20% Nylon.
All of my hand Spun yarn is spun by myself in my home which is smoke free and cat friendly, but I do keep all of my fiber in totes until I spin them.
