For constructing reinforced structures, HV bolts complying with EN 14399-4 for bolts and nuts, and EN 14399-6 for washers (minimum 300HV hardness) are required. Nuts are coated with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) in the factory to reduce friction during tightening. To ensure consistent joining parameters, use matching bolts, nuts, and washers from the same manufacturer. Class K1 kits are available, joined in two stages.
