For constructing reinforced structures, HV bolts according to EN 14399-4 and EN 14399-6 washers (minimum 300HV hardness) should be used. The bolts are coated with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) in the factory to reduce friction during tightening. To ensure consistent joining parameters, use matching bolts, washers, and nuts from the same manufacturer. Class K1 kits are available, which are joined in a mixed manner (two joining stages). All necessary information is provided on the label to assemble the kit correctly.
