Coupled with the Carbide steel studs these boots provide the best possible traction on anything from dry asphalt to pure ice.
- Stay Dry: Upper is made with DriTan wool and oily Nubuck leather. DriTan Leather is a unique tanning process and uses the moisture already present in the hides. A revolutionary sustainable breakthrough in tanning that offers easily maintainable water resistance leather. The recycled wool and leather create a sturdy and dry boot in any winter condition. Also Featuring a BUGdri membrane technology, made from 50% recycled polyester to ensure dry feet in wet, cold conditions.
- Stay Warm: The ADAK was created with Icebug’s sustainable technologies to keep your feet as warm as possible on even the coldest winter days. The lining was created with Bluesign solution Terry fleece. Lined with BLOOM foam EVA and recycled wool power merino wool felt. BUGdri technology membrane as well as PrimaLoft bio insulation will maintain warmth and keep moisture out.
- Sustainability is the most important thing we do: Icebug puts sustainability at the top and the ADAK is no different. All materials are tracible through Bluesign and SPOOR technology. Upper is made of DriTan oily nubuck leather that is gold rated by LWG and sourced from Danish Farms. The wool used is 45% recycled from scraps of Woolpowers clothes and material production. BLOOM Foam technology is created from algae biomass that absorbs Carbon, helping Icebug close the production loop.
