We have designed this case for a specific reason: We couldn't find anywhere a sleeve-style case for smartphones which would protect the phone on all sides in case of an impact (= when you drop it :-). Since almost all "classical" sleeve cases have an opening on at least one side, it leaves the phone on this side relatively unprotected.
That's why we have invented the MILANO case: We simply moved the opening away from the top line and created a sort of a hood which easily slides over the phone. This way the phone is kept very well in place inside the case, and does not move or wiggle.
The hood uses the leather as a natural "hinge" at the back of the case, while in the front it is secured by a hidden magnet. This way it opens very easily, and the phone slides effortlessly in and out.
