The keyboard is divided into left and right halves for balance, and the curved split key frame allows for more natural typing, working all day, reducing wrist fatigue and forearm muscle tension. With the aluminum CNC machined body, dual joint design and QMK/VIA support, the Q8 is designed for premium writing comfort.
- Programmable knob: With full QMK and VIA support, you can easily program and remap every key on the keyboard. You can easily customize the Q8 knob to the desired key or macro commands like: zoom in/out, adjust the screen brightness, brush size, volume, select video or photo clips, or backlight tone.
- Double gasket design: innovative new structure in the industry. In addition to the joints on the plates, we have added silicone pads between the upper and lower housings to significantly reduce the sound resonance between metals and reduce the noise of impacted metals. This design allows the keyboard to maintain the flexibility of the board structure and improves overall writing sound.
- Gateron G Pro Hot-swappable Switch: Pre-installed the pre-lubricated Gateron G Pro red mechanical switch provides unmatched tactile response with a lifespan of up to 50 million strokes. Hot swappable sockets are PCB mounted and compatible with almost all MX style 3pin and 5pin mechanical switches on the market (including Gateron, Cherry, Kailh, etc.), you can install or change the switches without welding.
- SOUTH FACING RGB LED LIGHTS: Designed to better illuminate the keyboard backlight from the typist's perspective and equipped with OSA profile keys in ABS. The south-facing RGB is also free of interference when users install OEM or cherry profile alternate keys on the keyboard.
