This is a very lightly used Combo Touch iPad case and keyboard made by Logitech for 10th and 11th gen (A16) iPads. Currently listed for $159 on major retailers.
The keyboard detaches and you can use it like a regular iPad, and then just attach the keyboard when you want it to be more like a laptop for typing on a good keyboard.
The keyboard is powered from the iPad and it connects through a magnetic port so you don't have to worry about managing any wireless bluetooth connection or anything like that. It snaps on and start typing. There is a Logitech app you can download to further customize to your liking.
