At the heart of the bundle, the Rally Bar captures meetings in crisp 4K resolution. A motorized pan and tilt mechanism, paired with 5× optical zoom, automatically keeps every participant in view. Built-in AI senses when people enter or leave and reframes the shot so conversations stay natural and engaging without manual camera adjustments.

Six beamforming microphones pick up voices across the table while suppressing keyboard clicks and HVAC hum. Dual front-facing speakers project clear, balanced audio that lets remote colleagues hear every word without straining. If a larger table needs more reach, you can add up to two Rally Mic Pods (sold separately) for extended coverage.

The Tap IP controller puts every meeting platform one tap away on a 10.1-inch touchscreen. Its PoE-powered network connection handles both data and power, so only one cable needs to reach the table. From the home screen you can join a scheduled Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet session, share content, or adjust settings without touching the computer hosting the call.

For flexibility, the bundle works in two modes. In appliance mode the Rally Bar runs approved room solutions on its own, eliminating the need for a dedicated PC. In USB mode you can connect a laptop or room computer for use with virtually any video app. Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and Bluetooth support keep both installation and daily use tidy by reducing cable clutter.
