This is a MARNI pullover top.
It's made of a sweatshirt-like material.
The neckline and hem can be tightened, allowing you to change the silhouette and wear it in different ways.
I personally think it would look great paired with pants or a long skirt.
The ends of the neck ties also have "MARNI" on them.
The length is a bit short. I think it will make your legs look longer.
For reference, I'm a 160cm tall woman of average build, and the bottom of the front of the top came down about one fist below my belly button.
