- For patients whose facial length from the middle of the forehead to the middle of the chin is 13.5 cm. to 16.5 cm.
- The Morales PLUS Protraction Face Mask is dynamic in design, this means, that both the forehead rest and chin cup slide freely along the vertical mainframe, allowing patients to open and close their mouths without restriction. However, it can also be used without allowing the opening movement.
- The cotton padding improves its function by providing greater comfort to the patient and facilitates their cooperation. Due to its overextended design, it decreases the pressure areas of the chin on the soft tissues and reduces possible periodontal problems caused by excessive pressure in a defined area, as well as irritation due to sweating.
- Place the protraction face mask on the patient's face and verify that the length of the mainframe does not protrude more than 4 cm. below the chin. Otherwise, the surplus must be cut with a carbide disc to avoid damaging the soft tissues of the neck.
- For single patient use. The protraction face mask may be reused.
