All laminating pouches are not the same. Encapsulate, protect and waterproof your sheets. Oregon Lamination laminating supplies are designed and manufactured to specifications from people who do laminating for a living to achieve high clarity with minimum defects while producing a clear glossy finish protecting and enhancing colors. Oregon Lamination laminating pouches have not been setting on the shelf for years, so our fresh adhesive may melt faster than others, which means potential faster running times or lower temperatures used. Oregon Lamination is among industry leaders in providing quality laminating supplies for a reasonable price. Our laminating products provide high value protection using quality materials. Oregon Lamination Horizontal Half Page size 7 mil thick (x 2 sides) thermal laminating pouches 6” x 9” for up through 5-3/4” x 8-3/4” size sheets are high clarity after adhesive is heat activated and are commonly referred to as Half Page, Half Letter, Index, OBT, Memo and Photo size. The clear glossy finish protects and enhances colors. These laminates are 7 mil thick on each side side for extra strength, rigidity and protection. ALERT: Many pouch laminators on the market can seal a maximum of only 5 mil pouches, so PLEASE make sure your laminator is capable of sealing 7 mil pouches prior to ordering. (If you don’t have your machine’s manual, a good reference is if your laminator has either a speed control OR a temperature control, it will likely seal 7 mil pouches). Note: Industry standard specification for 7 mil laminating pouches is 7 mil on each side for a total of 14 mil added to your paper sheet card. 1 mil equals 1/1000th of an inch (metric: 25 microns). The industry calls these pouches, yet they are sealed on only one edge instead of three (like a folder, but with 3/32” flat seal for the fold). FEATURES:This lamination film is compatible with all thermal pouch laminators capable of sealing 6” x 9” x 7 mil (x 2 sides for 14 mil total added). Metric size: 152mm x 229mm x 175 microns thick x 2 sides adds 350 microns thickness to your sheet. Durable high gloss finish makes colors pop and draws attention to your printed information Small Pre-Rounded Corners for a Smooth Professional Finish, approximately 1/8” radius (3mm) Recommended Insert Sheet Size: up through 5-3/4” x 8-3/4” (146mm x 222mm) providing a 1/8” (3mm) sealed edge border protecting your sheet. Clear polyester plastic with Heat Activated adhesive ConstructionTYPICAL APPLICATIONS:Laminating Drink and Dessert Menus Flash Cards Signs Notices and Memos Paper Sheets requiring excess handlingTips:When trying any brand for the 1st time, consider running at a slightly lower temperature (or faster speed). If the results are cloudy, you can always run the sheet again at a higher temperature or slower speed, but you cannot fix heat blisters caused by running too hot or too slow. If planning on trimming or hole punching laminated sheets, wait 24 to 72 hours for maximum adhesive curing time and a professional cut edge.Thank you for considering Oregon Lamination laminating products, designed by people who do laminating for a living and provide a money back performance guarantee.
