Orion Intrinsically Safe Waterproof Basic Conductivity Meter, with DuraProbe Conductivity Cell, 0.00 to 500 mS

The Thermo Scientific Orion 0131S0 Basic waterproof conductivity meter, with four-electrode conductivity cell (DuraProbe), displays conductivity, salinity, total dissolved solids (TDS), and temperature readings, is rated intrinsically safe, stores 100 data points, and allows automatic, manual, linear, and nonlinear temperature compensation. The meter is rated as intrinsically safe by Factory Mutual (FM) for use in nonsparking or hazardous environments. The meter and Mini-DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung) input connector are waterproof, with an IP66 Ingress Protection (IP) rating. Temperature compensation can be set for automatic, manual, linear, and nonlinear functions for ultrapure or natural water applications. The Orion 0131S0 is compatible with a four-electrode cell (included) and a two-electrode cell. It is preprogrammed with self-diagnostic routines. The meter can be calibrated by using an automatic calibration function or the cell constant adjustment method.Conductivity range for a four-electrode cell is 0.0uS/cm to 500mS/cm. For a two-electrode cell, conductivity range is 0.0uS/cm to 100.0uS/cm. Conductivity relative accuracy is <0.5% of measured value, or + 1 digit. Salinity range is 0.0 to 45.0 ppt at 10 to 30 degrees C, with relative accuracy of <0.5% of measured value, or + 1 digit. TDS range is 0 to 1999 mg/L at 10 to 40 degrees C, with relative accuracy of <0.5% of measured value, or + 1 digit. Temperature range is -20 to 120 degrees C, with relative accuracy of + or - 0.3 degrees C. The Orion 0131S0 uses three AA batteries (sold separately). This meter has a three-year warranty.
