USDA certified for export nursery (California nematode certificate number 0527). Plants shipped in nursery pot. Shipping on Mondays and Tuesdays. We pack with great care and have not had an issue to date. We use retentive materials and insulation. Heat packs available for $4.
It's not uncommon to receive your plant with some damage due to shipping such as yellowing, dying, or broken leaves. This is totally normal, and with a little care, the plant will recover in no time.
