This is Brown County Sterling Silver.
This is a pin with 6 beads and four teacups on a bar pin that has a teapot on the closure. I personally bought this from Brown County Silver many years ago.
It is extremely difficult to get good pictures of it, but each of the cups and the pin itself are marked BCS Sterling for Brown County Silver.
The cups are enamel over sterling silver.
I have added the last picture to show you how there are threads on the pin so that the teapot can be removed and the beads and charms can be interchanged with other charms.
