This is a used western tack that it’s very striking with its green and black with pink flowers a little bit of purple in there too. It looks like an important set on light to medium oil leather. It has a tad of chewing on it, which I’ll show a picture which I just saw, and there are some wires on an edge on one of the chest straps Also looks like chewing I will discount it heavily. I think you could use it or repair it down strap is good. I don’t see a brand name on it. It might not be an issue at all for you and your horse depending on how tight you use that breast collar
