The Rab Men’s Microlight Gilet features 700 Fill Power down, arranged in a combination of micro and nano baffles to increase core warmth and reduce bulk. The Microlight is designed to insulate as a mid-layer in extreme environments but can be worn as an everyday gilet too. As well, its 30D Petex® Quantum Ripstop Nylon outer fabric features a DWR coating in case of light showers. The down used in the Microlight is treated with Nikwax hydrophobic formula. Whereas untreated down loses its ability to insulate in damp conditions, hydrophobic down repels moisture and retains its ability to loft and insulate. Your gear dries fast and stays warm.
