Vintage Red Polka Dot Knee Hugger Pixie Elf. Plastic face. White felt pj's, red polka dots, red collar, 'hands' and hat trim. Blonde hair peeking out from under the cap. Long lash - Blue eyes and a mischievous grin. Can hang or sit on it's own. 5" high x 2 1/4" deep. Very good vintage condition. Good color. Original JAPAN sticker. White felt isn't as white as it could be but not bad, has discoloration spots. Face has a couple of scuffs and glue residue from her cap. Has some thread pulls at the edges of the red trim areas.
