Red Wing 9016 Beckman boot. UK8, US9, and they run large. In definite need of resoling and needing laces. The leather of the boots is in generally good used condition and haven’t worn through to the leather soles anywhere. I bought these new (for £275 if I remember rightly) and always found them uncomfortable, maybe they were the wrong size or they just don’t suit my feet. But I wore them and wore them determined to get my moneys worth. If you’ve wanted to scratch the red wing itch but baulk at the prices, here’s a much cheaper pair that you can have resoled and try out without spending £300. Perhaps you’ll discover you don’t like them either or maybe you know you already love them and these are perfect for you.
