The standard seating die can also apply a crimp, if required. These conventional dies have standard threads (7/8" x 14tpi), so can be used on most reloading machines. They are primarily intended for single-stage reloading, but bottle-necked calibres work well on progressive machines too. Case lube is essential on these steel dies.
