The Maxi roller shutter ready box bearing is a height-adjustable wall bearing for the safe storage of the roller shutter shaft in the roller shutter box. It consists of a wall bearing, a high-quality ball bearing and a height regulator and is already assembled. During assembly, the roller shutter box bearing is screwed on the right and left to the side walls of the roller shutter box and the axle pin of the roller sleeve is hooked into the ball bearing. Thanks to different holes in the wall mount, a flexible and suitable mounting is possible for any installation situation. The ball bearing used in the wall bearing is smooth running without additional fat and can be adjusted in height using the height regulator with locking function. For example, height differences can be compensated and the roller shutter shaft can be scaled. In general, the roller shutter ready box bearing is suitable for the Maxi roller shutter system and all standard roller shutters made of PVC, aluminium or wood with finished boxes.
