The trio first came together as Zac Brown Band began experimenting with new sounds and recording techniques on 2015's chart-topping fourth album, Jekyll + Hyde. Inspired by the full-throttle dynamics of electronic/dance music and the elasticity of contemporary pop, Brown teamed with his friends and longtime collaborators Niko Moon and Nashville recording engineer Ben Simonetti (Foo Fighters, Blake Shelton) with a goal of creating something altogether original and idiosyncratic.
