Does not include the batteries, it uses 3x CR123 batteries. The batteries I used for the photos didnt have a whole lot of juice left in them. Im sure with new batteries theyre much brighter.
Condition: Used, One of the lights has a crack across the lens and the Push-Button tail cap on one of the lights is not working. Both lights work good aside from the one push-button cap. It may be repairable wirh a little tinkering, I dont know.
