DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Pull foil tab downward to remove seal back from calming pod.
- With peeled side facing forward, slide calming pod into the holder (not included) along internal tracks.
- Replace the used diffuser pod every 30 days, even if liquid is still visible.
- Dispose of used pod in normal trash. Re-purchase refills as needed.
