This atlas documents the development of "Vinex," a Dutch national land-use plan implemented in the early 1990s, using aerial photographs, topographic maps, on-site photos, and other materials and essays.
The effective use of color, along with the beautiful layout and binding, make this a masterpiece that you'll want to keep in your collection. (I'm hoping it will go to someone who will appreciate and cherish it more, as I don't have opportunities to use it for work.)
