Selling my old Xbox One

Condition: Functional with some defects.
Sold as-is.
As shown in photos, this Xbox One is still functional . Only known defects is that the disc reader does not work (only way o play games is you download via Microsoft Store. Due to the age of the console, it is also running a little slower when compared to peak performance (out of box in 2014). All controllers have heavy wear (broken joystick, broken plastic aesthetics, some won’t charge directly with usb cord. If you get a new controller and charging cord, this will be a fully usable unit. Comes with original cords.
Xbox One has been fully reset. Does not come with box.
