Dual Enrollment

Rosary College Dual Enrollment—What Is It?

Dual enrollment means that high school students can receive a credit for both college and high school for a Rosary College course.

Dual enrollment students can count Rosary College courses toward the student’s high school credit requirements in relevant overlapping subjects, ensuring that the student meets all the necessary criteria for high school graduation.

Rosary College provides dual enrollment as an option for high school students who are homeschooled, and those students who received approval from their high school administrator. For homeschool students, those families are responsible for contacting their homeschool administrator to confirm the Rosary College courses aligns with their high school curriculum.

Why Become a Partner?

Rosary College is remaining faithful to classical roots

As one prospective dual enrollment partner shared, “Rosary College is remaining faithful to classical roots,” and their courses seem to integrate well with our curriculum, because liberal arts “subjects do not stand alone.” While there are many advantages to joining Rosary College as a dual enrollment partner, one significant advantage some partners claim is that this model solves staffing solutions for upper-level classes.

What Is the Process?

Three things are necessary for the salvation of man:
to know what he ought to believe (truth);
to know what he ought to desire (beauty);
and to know what he ought to do (goodness).
