Dr. Anthony Antunes

Anthony Antunes holds a Ph.D. in Classics from the University of Toronto, where he was a member of the Collaborative Program in Ancient and Medieval Philosophy. He earned his M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Dallas and a B.A. in Classics and Early Christian Literature from Ave Maria University. 

 

Dr. Antunes brings a great deal of teaching experience and familiarity with the Catholic intellectual tradition to Rosary College. Focusing on Platonic ethics and metaphysics, his scholarship investigates the underpinnings of classical moral philosophy and Catholic moral teaching. Dr. Antunes is dedicated to guiding students through the great texts of the Western tradition and fostering the pursuit of wisdom in service of divine truth.
